We are having a little problem right now. She can't seem to stop herself from using her body as her canvas. The first time I caught her today, we had a little chat and came to the conclusion that this was a bad idea, and drawing on paper is the only option. I thought we were both on board.
Then a couple hours later she came back with more artwork on her cheek (a nice addition to the bunch that I couldn't get off earlier) and all over her hands. "Karly we just talked about not doing this, what happened?" "Well, mom, I just wasn't done yet. Now I'm done."
She makes me laugh.
