Halloween is full of so many fun festivities! We love having the Murdochs and grandparents with us for the holiday traditions too. It's also so cute to have little toddlers around again because they make all the holidays more magical. They all gave us a good laugh with their thoughts on the squishy pumpkins.
My four pumpkin carvers are getting so big and independent with their carving skills now!
Good thing we had some independent kids because the Murdochs needed some assistance once in a while!
Olive took on a brave carving adventure to do this amazing tree! She drew it freehand on the pumpkin and then carved this all on her own. So good Olive!
Karly's got a cute orange carnation for a nose! So clever!
Bentley wanted his to be a cool dude, just like him.
And Eden's cute heart eyes turned out fun! I love it.
Brad and I went to a couple's Halloween party where our costumes needed to be themed in some way. I was so warm and cozy all night. Big win for me.
The kids had some fun Halloween costumes this year too. Bentley was one of his favorite NFL players this year - Justin Jefferson.
After Bentley chose his costume, Karly chose to be a cheerleader for the Minnesota Vikings, which is the team Justin Jefferson is on. So cute.
Olive was Taylor Swift and totally rocked that!
And Eden and her friend group were a herd of cows. ha ha She was barely cooperative to get this solo pictures.
On Halloween we had friends gather at our house for a soup potluck and fun Halloween festivities before we went out to Trick or Treat. We love having these friends that our kids are growing up with like family!
We had several age groups for trick or treating, so it was fun to sort and figure out who was going where! I love the house full of kids!
Surprise grandma and grandpa! They were excited for this overzealous group who stormed their doorway!
And the big candy exchange is always a "must" tradition!
Happy Halloween one and all! Thanks to all our friends for celebrating with us and making these memories so much more rich!
