I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going! I am now 34 weeks and getting crazy close to welcoming our third child! Ahhh! Sometimes I still get surprised when the baby moves, or I see my reflection and think, "Oh my goodness, I'm pregnant! This is really happening!" I'm so excited, and also so nervous for her to arrive!
Isn't she a cutie? Her little nose reminds me a lot of Bentley's.
Apparently the third time's the charm for us though because this pregnancy has been so good! I have been getting the injections of progesterone once a week, and they have done regular ultrasounds to check my cervical length and everything has been perfect. I have lots of braxton hicks contractions, but I haven't had any other complications or bleeding like I had with Eden and Bentley's pregnancies. It's been amazing and I feel so blessed (and super relieved to have escaped bed rest this time around!).
So of course it's not all super amazing, I do have heart burn A LOT and don't sleep good and it's uncomfortable, but it seems silly to complain about those things when I'm really just so grateful that it's normal pregnancy complaints instead of major drama! Everyone says now that just means we can have lots, but I'm not that brave I know that for sure!
These pictures were taken a few weeks ago when we did family pictures so I'm bigger now, but here's the evidence of pregnancy number three! Thanks Jesse for the cute shots.
Eden is so excited for her baby sister to come and asks very often if it's time yet. She has also decided that she wants to name her "Sandelia" which we have agreed to consider. :) We have a big cardboard box in our office that is full of pictures and crafts Eden has been making for the baby. She also has little ziplock bags full of random things in the box too. This baby will be spoiled by her big sister that's for sure. I'm looking forward to having a great helper!
Bentley pushes on my stomach and says, "baby" but I think that's about the extent of his interest or understanding.
Since Brad and I still haven't decided on the name, we sometimes do call her "Sandelia" ha ha. She is a very active baby and keeps my stomach moving around and bumping like crazy. Both Brad and Eden get a kick out of watching and feeling her moving around in there. She gets the hiccups a lot too which usually happens right as I'm trying to fall asleep at night. I often wonder is she will look like Eden or Bentley, or if she will be a thumb sucker too. I wonder too if we only produce one hair color on our children, or if she will have a color of her own. Eden is pretty sure she will have blue eyes just like her and daddy. There are so many fun things to look forward to and we are excited to welcome her soon!

Miscellaneous Picture Post
Hiding under the couch cushions is a favorite hide-n-seek spot. Bentley usually just tries to hide wherever Eden hides.
We went to the zoo with all the family which was really fun. I decided, when it's time for this baby to come, I just need to go to the zoo and that will induce labor. Lifting Bentley in and out of the stroller and walking a ton was bringing on lots of contractions! I left there very exhausted. :)
Brad and I had a fun super nintendo "date night" after the kids went to bed. It's fun playing those old school games once in a while.
I captured a cute candid moment where Eden and Bentley were doing their hair. They sat and played with this hair stuff for a really long time.
We got a big bag of costumes from my parents shed and the kids had fun playing and dressing up.
I was in the kitchen and Eden said, "mom come find me"! I didn't expect to find her all folded up in this box - it was pretty impressive!
We had the Harding boys stay over night with us while Kally and Dallen celebrated their anniversary. We had so much fun with them here! Here's a picture of some of them enjoying the movie night.
Eden got to spend an afternoon playing with grandma while Bentley was napping. These are some funny pictures I found on my camera.
Eden was working in her craft room one day and came out with what she called a "rocket bed". She climbed into it like a sleeping bag and was playing in it when Bentley discovered her and REALLY wanted one. Being the cute sister she is, she proceeded to make him a rocket bed and they both enjoyed climbing in and out over and over again pretending to be in a rocket ship. Unfortunately, Bentley's didn't last long, but they had fun and I got some cute videos too.
I'm always so impressed with Eden's creative ideas, and with her awesome taping skills too!

Painting!
Every once in a while I feel a little more adventurous and I get out the paints. It's so funny to compare little girls and little boys. From the time she was tiny, I was always doing these types of things with Eden and she kept it so well contained. Bentley on the other hand makes it very interesting! He definitely "experiences" crafts in a very different way than Eden ever has. So it always ends up being quite the mess, and Bentley goes through a lot of paint but the they have fun so it's worth it. Notice I have to strip him down, and then because he does it Eden thinks it looks fun and does it herself too. So here are my nearly naked children enjoying their painting!

Crazy Day at School
Eden had crazy day at school so we decided to do crazy hair and she thought it would be crazy to wear one of my shirts. :) She also got to do her own makeup and actually leave the house with it on which she was very excited about - probably the best part of the day. She loves makeup.
When I picked her up that day, she was very excited to tell me about all the crazy things that everyone did. I'm so glad she is having fun experiences at school.

Family night at It'z
For family night we went and had dinner and played at It'z. It's been a long time since we have been there so it was like a whole new experience for the kids which was fun. The food is kind of nasty, but we had tons of fun playing the games. :)
Eden was super brave on went on the big spinning ride that she was barely tall enough for. I was surprised she wanted to go so bad, and she ended up loving it which was a good thing. She now says she is ready to go back to Disneyland. :)
We also did the mini bowling which was really fun. Bentley was a little crazy and just kept throwing the balls down the aisle over and over again so he caused some major confusion within the machine as it tried frantically to figure out what to do with the pins. :) We eventually had to distract him somewhere else so Eden could try to play the right way.
Overall it was a very fun family night out together. I'm so grateful I have all these cuties in my life.

Happy New Year! Vision Boards
Usually on New Year's eve we do our vision boards, but we were a little late this year getting to it. So instead, on a nice relaxing Sunday evening, we got out all the magazines and began to create our boards to represent our goals for the year. It's such a fun tradition and we find that we really do accomplish more when we have it displayed all year to remind us.
Unfortunately we weren't good at taking pictures this year, but our boards are done and that's what's important! :) Eden did a great job on hers this year and has some cute goals. She glued all the pictures to the front, and then we wrote on the back as she described what each picture meant:
Here's what's on Eden's:
- A bed for my house
- a skirt for another day
- dress up princess for the baby and me
- a house for me
- a cupcake for after dinner in my house
- makeup to keep me beautiful in the house
- my dog Ruby for keeping comfort in my house
- for my family to go ice skating
- flowers outside for my house
- a jacket to keep me warm when it's cold outside
- to get my teeth clean in my house
- for my ears when I go on an airplane (goes with a picture of headphones)
She is so cute. And apparently really into a house for herself this year :)
Once Eden was done, she entertained us with some beautiful music while we continued to work.
Bentley kept himself entertained too by playing in the magazines and jumping all over the couch.
And here are our finished boards hanging in our office. Here's to another year of accomplishing our goals!
