Eden's Baptism Photo Shoot
We had a friend from the ward take pictures of Eden at the temple. They came out great and as I look through these pictures I'm just blown away at what a beautiful girl Eden is, inside and out. She is amazing and I'm so grateful for her. I look at these pictures and feel and see a depth in her because she has been through an amazing journey. She was, and will always be my miracle.

Eden's Baptism
Eden's baptism was a very anticipated day. We were all so excited for her and the choice she made, and she was so excited to wear the pretty white dress she picked out. She was filled with nervous anticipation all day. Fortunately, she was getting baptized with her friend Madi Hatch so having them doing it together helped relieve the nerves for them both.
Congratulations sweet Eden. We love you.
When I look at these pictures I'm so overcome with such mixed emotions. I can't believe this miracle baby of mine is already 8 years old! It makes me so happy and so sad all at the same. She has grown and changed so much this last year especially. Her interests have changed and matured and I'm really feeling like my little girl is turning into a little lady. She is precious to me and I truly enjoying being with her and listening to her thoughts and interests.
We were so grateful that grandma, grandpa, and the Hardings were able to join us for the baptism. Eden was especially excited to have Jaxon and Austin there since they had been baptized before.
Eden was anxiously waiting as the font was filling up. She was desperate to see in there, and they watched through the crack in the door. She was so giddy and cute, in a nervous way. :)
I'm so grateful for Brad. He was so sweet with Eden in their preparations before the baptism so she felt comfortable with how it would all happen. Eden is very blessed to have such a loving daddy.
Here is Eden and her friend Madi Hatch. When it was time to start, the Bishop (who is also Madi's dad) asked who wanted to go first and they both immediately pointed at the other. :) I think Eden then volunteered to go first.
While the girls were getting dressed after the baptisms, everyone outside was invited to write them a little letter. Bentley was so careful and thoughtful as he wrote his sweet message to Eden. This ended up being such a great idea. Eden received so many loving and sweet notes from family and friends and she has now glued them into her journal. I think she will be so grateful to look back on those.
I'm so grateful for the Gospel and the many blessings that come because of it. Eden has a pure and sweet testimony and she is so excited to have been baptized and have the Holy Ghost. I'm so grateful for her and the example she has set, and continues to set for her siblings. We are truly a blessed family. Congratulations sweet Eden. We love you.

I Still Choose You

Karly's Pick
We went to Saver's to find a pioneer skirt for the trek. I had my back turned on the cart and heard all the kids start laughing. When I turned back, Karly had wrapped herself in the sleeve of a silky shirt and said, "I like this one mom. So pretty." She refused to leave it, so we had to put it in the cart and let her "wear" it throughout the store. Fortunately, she got distracted by something at the last minute and I didn't have to purchase this beauty.
This little baby sure provides a lot of laughs.
Exploring at Explora Science Museum
I love that I can have all these adventures with my kids. I'm so fortunate to be able to be with them every day. Thank you Brad...

Oh Karly...
This little sassy thing thinks she runs this place.....

...and she also happens to think that my phone belongs to her. She will ask for it, I say no and then she yells, "mom give me my phone!" Oh dear...
Quick Visit from the May Family
The May family was passing through town to get to their grandparents house so we were able to visit with them for a couple days. We love our time together! The kids always just pick right up where they left off.
We also had a big barbeque and the Divett family joined us for the party. Good food and good friends always means it's a good time.
We love having our house full of friends.
