Quaker's New Baby

Quaker has always had something that is "his baby" that he carries around with him everywhere. Recently grandpa had to get rid of his most recent baby because it was tearing up into too many pieces and he could no longer fix it. With his baby gone, Quaker was on the hunt for a new baby and found this owl at our house that he immediately fell in love with. This was one of Eden's favorites, which she didn't want him to have so she would take it away from him. Over the course of a few days, he kept coming back over, finding it and trying to sneak away with it.

One day in particular, Eden had taken it away from him and carried it with her into the office and set it on the dest next to her while she was working on the computer. After a while, Quaker came in very slowly, crept towards her at the desk, slowly grabbed the owl and then proceeded to very slowly slide it off the desk and out of the room. She obviously saw this all happening but found it so cute that he was trying to be sneaky. He already has a soft spot in Eden's heart, and after that cute move of desperation, she decided to officially hand over the owl to let Quaker adopt it as his new baby. He now carries it around with him everywhere and loves it very much. So cute.
