World Cup Finale!

Following the World Cup tournament over these past few weeks has been so much fun.  We have loved collecting  predictions from anyone who comes by.  But one by one, the teams are getting knocked out. 

I've loved watching Bentley's cute nervous habit of eating his fingers when the games get tense.  :) 

 It's down to the Finale today - Argentina Vs. France, which is my prediction Vs. Bentley's!  We were ready to face off in our team jerseys.  Game on!

Haslams joined us in the fun, which was awesome!

The game was a real nail biter for sure!!  It was down to the end with the game tied up 2-2.  It went into two rounds of over time with still no goals, and then into a shoot out.  It was so fun to watch!  And barely, with the help of the great Messi - Argentina won!

Bentley was disappointed that his team didn't win, but it was a very good game and so fun for us to lovingly compete.  :)

It was pretty sad to finally take down our World Cup wall.

Then after the game we got to finish the birthday celebration with Brad's favorite lasagna and chocolate cake. He waited very patiently for this.

Happy World Cup day, and Happy birthday to Brad!   What a great day celebrating with family and friends.
