Laundry helpers...

I found this series of pictures pretty funny. This whole interaction happened without me saying a word, only watching through the camera. These were all taken in a row and capture quite nicely how these two interact.

Then Eden got out and he knew he had won.... at least for a minute.

And then she got back in and he was happy about it for just a second until he remembered why he wanted out in the first place.

Such cute kids...

Lots of random pictures...

Bentley has been really into feeding himself lately which is very interesting... in a messy kind of way. He is improving though and doesn't usually require complete hosing down after each meal.

Eden got this chair and hair salon accessories for her birthday, and she loves doing everyone's hair over and over again.

Eden usually has an audience (at least for a few minutes) every time she has to do a vest treatment or nebulizer. I think Bentley can't quite figure out what's going on and if it's a good thing or not. I tried putting the vest on him just for fun but he wanted nothing to do with it. :)

The kids love playing in all the water toys out back. We spend lots of time outside in the water these days.
And some days to spice it up a bit, I throw a little shaving cream into the mix. It was a little rough keeping Bentley from eating it at first, but he quickly realized it tasted pretty gross.

When Bentley was going through a pretty rough teething phase, he was sucking his thumb a ton and it started getting little blisters and his skin was cracking. It looked so painful, and I knew it hurt him because he would flinch every time I would wash his hands or touch it. So one day while he was distracted watching TV, I covered it in good lotion and wrapped it in gauze and tape. As soon as he realized what was happening though he was not happy at all and no matter how much tape I put on there, he always managed to get it off. Oh well... I tried. It eventually healed on it's own.

I can always tell when Eden is concentrating because out comes her cute little tongue. She gets that from her daddy.

We were at the mall one day and for some reason Bentley was having a hard time sitting in his seat in the stroller because he really wanted to be in Eden's seat. She of course wouldn't trade him, but was ok with sharing. He started out sitting by her, then standing by her, and then eventually he was sitting in the basket below her. He was actually quite content down there despite how uncomfortable he looks. He rode that way for a very long time before he started to squirm.

Eden still loves riding the carousel at the mall. Bentley is always a little unsure for the first half of the ride, but he starts to enjoy himself before it's over. And they both enjoy climbing all over the play place.

Bentley finds interesting ways to lounge and watch TV. Also, notice the three unopened bags of fruit snacks he's holding on to? I quite often find him rummaging around in the pantry and then wondering around the house with hand fulls of food which most of the time he doesn't even want to eat.

We went to a birthday party for Lilly May and it was lots of fun. Eden had fun playing with the fountain in the backyard.

Bentley is not the only one who loves cuddling with this huge dog. I often find Ruby curled up next to it too. It's been a fun thing to have around, but I just don't know where to put it when it's not being tackled or laid on!
