A Torn Earring Hole

Ouch!  Poor Eden!  This girl has a pretty incredibly high pain tolerance.  I was combing her hair one day and noticed her earring hanging down way low on her ear.  Upon closer examination, I saw that at some point she had torn the hole and it was starting to scab.  I asked her what happened and she acted like it was no big deal.  Apparently when she was taking off her jacket, it caught her earring and torn a little.  She said it was a little sore but no big deal.  Poor girl!

Field Trip and Lunch

This year of preschool for Bentley has been so much fun.  We have four kids from the ward, including Bentley, who go together so the carpooling and the friends at the field trips has been so awesome!  On this particular field trip, we watched "The Little Mermaid" at Popejoy Hall, and then ditched the rest of the school crowd and went across the street with friends to get lunch.  It was tons of fun!  I love being surrounded by so many good people.

Static + hair = Olive!

I know I've said this before, but I'll say it again.... when I'm old and reminiscing about my kids when they were little, I will always picture Olive with her messy, wispy thin hair.  This is her, and I love it.

Bentley's Drawing

Bentley says this drawing of his still isn't finished because he needs to finish the blue sky, but I had to capture this adorable image. I love the way he draws our family. It is so precious to me that I've got a baby on my back too.  :)

Getting Outdoors!

This is an interesting time of year with our weather, but we are starting to get some really nice days and we are THRILLED to be getting outside.  Some days we have to bundle a bit, and lose the layers as the days go on, but we are loving the sunshine and being outside. Come on summer!

The Places Eden will Go

First I want to be a baker. I want to bake pies, cakes, pizzas, like every food you can ever bake. I want to be a author when I grow up. I will like to have a computer and a phone. When I will write books, I will illustrate too. Then I would grow a garden. Last I will play outside. That is what I will like to do when I grow up.

Jumping on the Jump-a-Roo

Playing on the jump-a-roo is one of Karly's favorite places to be.  It is so cute that she pulls herself up and proceeds to "jump" (without her feet actually leaving the tube).  She gets up there all on her own, bounces around and giggles, and then slides off when she is done.  It's so cute to watch!
