Goyle is our family Halloween "pet" who comes the month of October and likes to move around and do mischievous things during the night (just like our Christmas Elf on the Shelf Tudah). The kids love him, and think it's the best thing ever to wake up and find Goyle and what he is was up to that night. Bentley insists we take a picture every day, so we usually give in to that, but I'll only post a couple of the cute ones. :)
Then, one sad day Goyle got broken when one of his "tricks" backfired on him and he was crushed by the kids big growth measuring stick. Bentley was so worried and then he got Olivia all worked up so all day long she kept saying "Ah oh, Goyle broken!"
Brad and I had to think fast about what we should do so Goyle left a note telling the kids he was leaving to get his wing fixed and he would be back. Unfortunately, even the amazing Amazon couldn't get us an exact replica so we had to go with the closest version we could find. A few days later, the new and improved Goyle appeared with a note explaining that the magic powder used to fix his wing also kind of made him shrink and turn black. ha ha They totally bought it. Crisis averted, and now we have a smaller Goyle to keep track of!
Oh Brad, what have we done..... :)
