Any backyard play seems to involve turtles, either playing with them directly, or they are just somehow incorporated into the games. So fun.
The little guy Karly is holding is Kristoff. He is small and the perfect fit for her to grip around his shell. She carries this little guy everywhere, and rather then pulling into his shell, his legs, arms and head are always hanging out just enjoying the ride. She calls this one her baby. :)

Our turtles are like extended family. They disappear for a few months and when they reappear we are so happy to seem them again.
