The lot behind us has started to build which we are a little bummed about. We knew it was inevitable, but still hoped it wouldn't happen. Fortunately, we did learn it is a one story so it will hopefully not feel too intrusive to our little haven backyard!
Funny story about this lot - inside that large gate square is a builder who has done several homes and then sells them. Brad was considering putting money down on this lot and going through the process to start a one story build, and then forfeit our deposit and turn it back over to them. Fortunately, we got the one story after all and didn't have to lose a few thousand for it. :)
