Tara is someone I have gotten to know well over these last couple years working together in Young Womens, and with all our kids at the family school. Olive and her oldest Addie are such good buddies. We've had many park hangouts, and playdates where Tara and I were able to get to know each other better. She beat brain cancer 12 years ago, when her and Josh first met and got married. Her story has been full of miracles, and she is full of so much perspective and wisdom about what's most meaningful in life. They recently learned that her cancer is back, which is devastating news. She is a fighter though, and remains optimistic and strong and willing to do whatever it takes to make it for her family. Sadly, they will be moving back to Arizona to be closer to family, and to return to her doctors from her first round of treatments. We will miss them, but will continue to pray for many more miracles for Tara's health. I have learned so much from her, and appreciate the lessons of life's fragility and to not take anything for granted, especially the time to be present with my kids and husband. Thank you for teaching me so much Tara. My heart is with you. Keep on fighting.
