Happy Birthday Jeffrey Justice

My kids didn't have a lot of time with their uncle Jeff before he passed away, but I really want to make sure they remember him.  So what better way then to have Jeff's favorite cake on his birthday while we talk about him and tell stories about him.  I feel like a new tradition has been born.  :)

"Baby Shower" girls night out

Annie Pickett and I have been friends for so many years, but we have never had a baby at the same time because it seems like we always perfectly rotated every other year with each other. Well this time, we were spot on and each of our 4th children are due just two weeks apart.   We are both having girls so I'm looking forward to watching them grow up together. It's also been so fun having someone who is just as pregnant and can understand all the complaints as I so often feel like sharing them. :)

We had a couple other friends who wanted to throw us a joint baby shower, but I thought that felt weird since it was my fourth, so instead I just suggested we have a girls night and go out to dinner.  They got everything all organized, we had a huge turnout of some of the greatest ladies I know, and they all brought gifts which was so incredibly nice. It ended up being such a fun night, and I was surrounded by some of the best friends I've ever had. I feel so blessed.
We even got free dessert out of it! And it was delicious.

Bentley's Craft

There's a game on the iPad that Bentley loves with motorcycles and as they drive they leave a light path behind them. Now when he draws he likes to draw paths for his "light bikes". He has some serious focus and dedication to sit still for a very long time when he wants to.
I love finding his little creations. He is so cute.

Eden Holding Olivia

Lately, Olivia has been wanting me to hold her and carry her around a lot. I try as much as I can, but with this large pregnant belly, and pretty painful lower pressure, it is actually really hard to hold her as much as she wants me to.

I was trying to help get Eden ready for school and Olivia kept asking me to hold her and I said something like, "Just a minute Olive, let me help Eden and then I'll sit down and hold you." She wasn't happy with that answer so Eden promptly jumped in and said, "Here Olive, I'll hold you."  It was very awkward, and Olivia weighs not too much less than Eden herself, but both girls were happy with this and it totally melted my heart.

Eden is the sweetest big sister. It's no wonder that Olivia adores her.

2016 Goals - Vision Boards

Every year, around New Year's day we like to get the kids involved in making vision boards to put our goals for the year on display. They are really starting to enjoy this tradition and are loving getting involved and choosing the things they want to try to accomplish for the year. Sometimes their pictures are perfect for a true goal, and sometimes they just can't help but put on a cool picture. It's fun to see how they turn out.

Bless you Bentley! He insisted that I take a new picture because he didn't like the one of him sneezing. I thought it was cute though.
Much better, he says.

Love this girl. She is growing up so fast.

36 weeks pregnant!

This little lady is coming soon and we can't wait!!  36 weeks marks the end of the weekly progesterone injections I have to get which is a huge relief. 20 shots in the hip and I'm finally done! Phew. For some reason they were worse this time than with my other pregnancies, in regards to making me feel more sick and sore, but it's all worth it. I'm so glad to be done with them though.

And now we just have a few more weeks until this chubby girl comes! At this ultrasound I am 36 weeks and 3 days, and they said she weighs right at 6 pounds so we will see how big she gets by the time she is ready to come.
She is such a cutie though - look at those lips! She is also still a crazy active little thing. She moves a ton, and is very strong so my belly is wiggling and shaking constantly. It's been fun though because the kids get to see and feel her moving a lot which has made this more fun for them too.
Still no progress on the name front. It's driving Brad crazy, and my friends crazy, and the kids crazy that I can't commit. I just have to see her though so I know what fits her. So until then, she will remain as "baby Coco" which is the nickname Bentley gave her several months ago. :)

We can't wait! The serious count down is on....
She sure has some cute siblings who can't wait to meet her too...
