Cousin Camp!!

Eden was so excited to travel to Utah with grandma and grandpa for cousin camp this year. She couldn't wait to spend time with her cousins and go on all the adventures that the grandparents had planned. They swam, roller bladed, jumped, ate (a lot!) and had a ton of fun in between. Eden came home with so many good memories and loved the time she spent with "just the big kids".

Thank you so much to grandma and grandpa for making this happen for the kids!! They are creating the best memories at these camps. You guys are the best.

Making a Fairy Garden

This is really good. That's a lot of hard work. I'm pretty sure this will attract the fairies, don't you think? Well done ladies - I'd want to live there and follow that colorful, sparkly trail.

Meanwhile on the other side of the yard - the other two were creating something not quite as pretty, but does look equally fun.

I love them all - especially when they play outside. :)

My Bike Buddy

Karly LOVES to go on bike rides. This girl is like a mean carriage driver who doesn't like to give her horse a break. ha ha I will have her to thank for my strong quads. When my muscles aren't burning though, I really can focus on how much I love doing this with her. She just chats and chats away back there about anything and everything she sees. I really do love it so much. Today on our ride we saw a hot air balloon getting ready to land, so we rode towards it as fast as we could and got out to the dirt lot just as it was getting ready to land. We stopped and watched as they landed and got the balloon put away. The pilot came over and gave Karly a balloon card and she thought it was such a special treat. Thanks for this special time together Karly. I'm sure glad you love being my buddy.

Bentley's Joined the Ninja Gym

Talk about a perfect fit for this guy! American Ninja Warrior - here comes Bentley! He has recently started classes at the ninja gym and he loves it and I love watching him! He looks like spider man out there running up walls and swinging across the rings. In every class they have three or four stations set up where they practice different challenges. At the end of class they time them individually on an obstacle course that runs through the challenges they practiced during class. Bentley always hangs close to the instructor while the others run the course so he can hear everyone's time. Then the competitor in him drives him to try to do it the fastest. Most often, he is the fastest. I think it's safe to say he is all in.

Picnic at the new house

Most Saturdays we spend some time at the new house working on projects or prepping for upcoming projects for the week. Bribing the kids with a picnic usually helps buy us a little more time. Food, and lizards help too.

Thanks for being troopers kids. Soon enough we will be living here, and not just working here.

Just another sunny day of play....

I'm not really too sure what was going on here, but when there's something entertaining to all four at once, and outside, I'll take it anyday! Play on kids - play on.

This one-on-one time with Karly while the others are at school has been such a treat. She is a trooper and goes to a lot of house meetings with me, but we also spend so much time exploring, reading, riding bikes, and in this case - playing with a baby lizard. These pictures are to-die-for. Karly, you are so precious.
