Eden has been in Sunshine Generation again this year and just had her first couple of performances to sing the holiday songs they have been practicing. She still gets really nervous and we have to basically push her onto stage, but once she is up there she gets SOOOO into it! She is precious up there - she takes it very seriously and stands in just the right place, does all the actions right, and makes sure she opens her mouth big and wide so her voice is loud, just like her teacher told her. :)
We have also recently noticed a new nervous habit - biting her fingernails! It came out of no where but now those fingers are flying when she is waiting to perform. Funny girl.
Their first performance was at an assisted living center. Brad was able to get some cute pictures and videos while I was wrestling with Bentley in the back.
While the other class was doing their song, Brad got some funny ones of him and Eden as spectators.
Their last performance was at the mall near Santa Claus. Eden had a huge fan club this time because all my family was there to watch her. It was so sweet of them to come because she was so excited and happy to see them all there to cheer for her. Thanks everyone!
This cute little brother was a distracted spectator, but he has gone to all her practices and actually knows the songs quite well. Whenever she would get up to perform, he was always in the background doing his own singing and dancing. So cute.
