The evening of Easter Sunday brought a fun discovery of baby turtles!! I can't even describe the happiness for the kids and Brad. We have had a couple babies in the past, but one was already dead, and little Bambi was not healthy when we found him and eventually died. We have had turtles for a lot of years now and have been somewhat baffled by our lack of babies. But today is a new day of life and vitality for baby turtles! It started with one, and then as they dug around a bit, they had two by the end of the day. They are so tiny and cute! The girls just squeal with delight every time they watch them move and crawl around.
