Bingo, Walks, and Bentley's Visit

Yesterday Brad took Eden to the radio studio downstairs to play bingo. She won a couple rounds and got some prizes and was very excited.

They took more walks around outside to get some fresh air.

This morning I came to trade places with Brad and I brought Bentley with me to visit. This was the first time they have seen each other (in person) in two weeks. They were cute together but I could tell Bentley was a little weirded out by the tube in her nose so he was avoiding looking at her. So we decided to show him some fun things about the hospital, like the super fast glass elevator and the ball maze thing.

This afternoon is the bronch so more updates coming soon!

Eden went crazy with games. After we won Uno we went on a game streak that lasted for about 6 hours. We played Uno, Go Fish, Memory, Feed the Kitty (cool game for 4 to 6 year olds), Frozen Trouble, Tic Tac Toe, over and over again. Every time we'd play Go Fish and I'd ask for a card she didn't have she'd say, "No way Jose" instead of "Go Fish".

When we were at the recording studio for Bingo she was nervous and not really interacting. Then she got the hang of it and the DJ kept giving the audience an update on Eden's progress. It was a cool setup. A few days a week they do a live broadcast. Any of the mobile kids can come down to the studio, while the broadcast is going to the entire hospital on the TV. Some of the long term kids would call in to the studio during the program and call Bingo.
