Tadpole Hunting!
This is a highlight of the summer every year. We look forward to monsoon season so it will fill the mud hole so the tadpoles come! This year the tadpole pond never filled very much, but that didn't stop these guys from the adventure!! We had so much fun with the Haslams and Richardsons there too. The kids were in mud-tadpole heaven! So many good memories around this mud hole.

The crazy thing we learned--these types of frogs bury themselves 4 to 6 feet in the ground and wait until the desert rains come. That is INSANE.
